To proactively identify issues of hunger and poverty and advocate short- and long-term solutions
The Hunger and Poverty Prevention Partnership Award is given to an organization or individual which has demonstrated an exemplary commitment to reducing hunger or poverty in Portage County.
These organizations/individuals are nominated and chosen by the HPPP Board. The decision of the HPPP Board is final.
